Conference registration fee covers attendance for one delegate to all Monday and Tuesday conference sessions and forums including lunch, morning and afternoon teas, and the Cocktail Reception on Monday. • Save $100 with an Early bird registration fee of $595 plus GST (total $654.50) if registration form and payment is received no later than May 20.
